In 2018, Austal decided to become a completely smoke-free campus. We were asked to create an internal marketing campaign geared towards employees to show the benefits of “quitting”.
The campaign highlighted real Austal employees and their real-life testimonies about the power of quitting. Award-winning photography shot onsite at the Austal campus, helped drive home the simple message to employees: quit smoking. The messages were hung around campus on larger than life posters that could not be missed by the Austal employees.
